The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC) is currently accepting applications for an experienced part-time Archivist.
The Archivist will be responsible for archives preservation, conducting archival research and reports for families who have been the subject of The NYSPCC’s casework, providing knowledgeable assistance to professional researchers, and maintaining and organizing all archival materials.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in archiving, as well as experience in genealogical research with both hard copy and web-based resources. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite preferred.
