Mark your calendars for February 13 at 5:30pm and join the iSchool, Performing Arts Library, Special Collections and University Archives, the Student Archivists at Maryland for a screening and panel discussion of the film, Led Zeppelin Played Here. The event will be held at the Guildenhorn Recital Hall at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center. Panelists include Professor Patrick Warfield from the UMD School of Music, Professor Joanna Love from the University of Richmond, Dr. Jesse Johnston from the UMD iSchool, and Clare Lise Kelly from Montgomery County Planning Department. John Kelly from the Washington Post will serve as moderator.
Check out the write-up for the event in the Washington Post! (Down past the piece about the MLK library downtown–although that article is super interesting and closely related to our field!)
